Initiates, develops, directs, and supervises the implementation of all matters related to planning and economic development.  Manages the citywide geographic information systems program.   Encourages and promotes city-wide economic development activities

Bachelor's degree in planning, geography or related field required.  Masters Degree in Planning or Masters Degree in Public Administration preferred.  A minimum of five to seven years experience of increasingly responsible experience in planning or economic development with a municipality.
