Full-time opportunity in the Planning, Zoning and Land Information Department for a highly motivated individual to assist in the administration and enforcement of the County’s land use ordinances that include zoning, shore land zoning, floodplain zoning, highway access and non-metallic mining; and county sanitation, drainage, and land subdivision regulations. Qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or Planning, Resource Management, Natural Resources, Environmental Health, Biology, or related field; one to two years related experience in planning, code or public health administration with a public planning or health agency; or any combination of education and experience. Wisconsin Certified Soil Tester and Wisconsin Licensed Plumbing II Inspector certification preferred.  Good knowledge of State, County and municipal codes and regulations; and ability to interpret and apply regulations.  Excellent salary and benefits package.  Send required application form by 4:00 p.m. on December 14, 2007 to:
