Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin (14,800) seeking a Community Development Director. Position reports to the Village Administrator. Activities include planning and zoning administration, development review/permitting, economic development services and building services. Supervise staff, prepare/maintain budget. Prepares, writes and administers grant applications for state/federal programs.

Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or related field. Master’s Degree and AICP certification preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of five years experience required. Strong knowledge of incentive programs such as tax exemptions, TIF and BID desired. Excellent communication/customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS and website design software required.
