Planner
This position, under the
general direction of the Director of Planning and Housing, works
independently to implement the City’s Development Review Process, including
zoning, subdivision, and other regulations. Coordinates with internal
departments and outside organizations to exchange and utilize planning and
housing-related GIS information.
Bachelor’s degree in planning, geography or
closely related field and at least three years professional planning
experience including work with and/or knowledge of geographic information
systems, administration, and/or project management. Experience working in
local government and with GIS is preferred ACCP, AICP and GIS certification
desired.
Salary range: $45,292 - $66,215
